• The above is only an offer and not confirmation of your bookings, which are subject to availability.
• Any mentioned Hotel can be replaced without prior notice by another hotel of same
  category. For group tours we use 4 or 3 star hotels.
• We reserve the right to amend or remove this offer at any time.
• Prices are valid only for the number of pax indicated.
• All prices are subject to change at the option of YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD in case that the currency exchange rates alter prior to the departure.
• In case the number of passengers changes the price has to be recalculated, when the pax scale can’t be used.
• Rates are subject to availability of rooms and coach at the time of the final confirmation. In case the travel falls on a fair date or special Event date in the city, a supplement will added for the same
• Children will not be included in the final numbers when determining the pax break.
• All hotels included Continental Breakfast. If you want American Buffet Breakfast there will be supplement.
• No allowance or refund can be made for meals, rooms, excursions etc., included in the price of your tour but not taken, nor can any refund be made
• No refund can be made for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel tickets or vouchers. Partial cancellation of booking may result in increased costs for the remaining part members.
• All bank remittance charges and fees are to be borne by the agent ( remitter )
• Responsibility of the partners: YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD has no responsibility for any service on the tour not booked through YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD or before or after ( as arrival or departure flights ) and the related consequences that this services are cancelled or delayed. YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD won’t have any responsibility for any cancellation, change or delay due to reasons not depending on its control, such as: wars, revolutions, disorders, economical reasons, strikes, catastrophes, terrorist acts, technical damage, mechanical damage of the plane, closing of airports, railway, ferry-boats timetable, itinerary of taxis and also for cancellation or stopping of the tour for any reasons due to a visa not given by the Italian Consulate, stolen or lost documents or passports or any other reason not depending on YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD . If for decision of the authority or responsible person, the entrance into a country or the exit from it, or the permission to leave by plane, or to stay at the reserved hotel is denied to the customer for any reason, such as: drunkenness or offense of the rules and the laws, YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD takes down any responsibility as far as transportation and or accommodation are concerned.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event, shall the YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to, loss of use of productive facilities or equipment, lost profits, property damages, personal damages or lost production, whether suffered by the Client or any third party, irrespective of whether claims or actions for such damages are based upon contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD will not be liable for any loss incurred by or damage caused to the Client or any participants of the tour, during any activities regardless if these formed part of the tour or not.
• Indemnity: The Client agrees to fully compensate YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD against any losses, damages, costs, claims, demands, proceedings, charges and expenses (including legal fees) in respect of loss or damage suffered by any third party, caused by the Client and/or the Client’s personnel and/or the Client’s client.
• Timings in the Tour plan are preliminary. Final timings which will be part of the contract will be given in the tour schedule before departure of the group and have to be handed over to the tour leader. Any change in this tour schedule should be communicated to YO
  SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD . YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD has no responsibility for
  any problem caused by non-agreed altering or shifting of the timings.
• On the day before departure the group has to be accommodated in a distance from the airport not more than 2 hr driving time and has to be on the airport 3 hr before departure. In case the agent decide not to follow this rule he will be responsible in case the group or group members will not catch the flight for any consequences.
• The tour leader must be able to handle the group on his own on the base of the information given in the tour schedule. YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD has no responsibility for any problem caused by unprofessional, aggressive or criminal behaviour of tour leaders or group members.
• Baggage is at the owner’s risk for the total duration of the tour. YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD recommends that to the passengers is offered a insurance to cover these risks prior to participation.
• Driver rules: Regulation (EC) 561/2006 provides a common set of EU rules for maximum daily and fortnightly driving times, as well as daily and weekly minimum rest periods. Daily driving period shall not exceed 9 hours. The “disposal of the bus” is to consider to the services mentioned in this tour plan. The use of the bus for extra activities is not included in the quote.
• Visa granting is the sole discretion of the concern consul General. If the applicant is
  called for the interview, he/she has to go for the interview at their own cost. Visa fees
  and other incidental expenses will not be refundable if visa been rejected.

Reservation & payments

• All tour must be prepaid
• A Deposit of 10% of the total tour cost or 300 EUR is needed to initiate reservations.
  Further deposits may be required of payment demand by suppliers to block the services. Once the deposit is received the reservation procedure will be initiated
• Full payment has to received by YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD by bank transfer 30 days before the scheduled departure of the group. Also rooming list, arrival and departure flight has to be provided.
• The payment must be done in EUR. All bank remittance charges/fees are borne to the agent(remitter). payment instruction OUR
• The tour price is valid also for persons which are not following the whole tour or want to change the itinerary on her own leaving the group. No refund can be made for group members which are joining after the tour starts or leaving the tour before the tour ends

Cancellation

• If full payment is not received 30 days before arrival YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD may cancel the arrangements and refund the deposit. YO SMART TRAVEL PVT LTD in this case will not liable for any resulting liabilities.
• In case of the cancellation of the entire tour by the purchaser more than 30 days before arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 250 EUR and communication costs, moreover chargers for all cancellation cost levied by our suppliers
• In case within 30 days the cancellation fee will be 500 EUR and above mentioned costs
• In case of a reduction of passengers within 30 days there will be a cancellation  charge of 150 EUR plus the resulting supplier charges
• All cancellations 7-4 days before arrival 90%. 3 days before arrival or later have a automatic 100% cancellation fee
• Cancellations have to be notified in a written form and are valid only on our receipt. Please state if the cancellation is covered by insurance. Claims must be made direct to your insurance company
• For any change of booking after the confirmation a handling fee of EUR 50 in addition to any additional costs of the Tour is due
