• The above cost is based on minimum 30pax travelling together. Surcharges may apply for less no. of Pax.
• The tour will be operated subject to min. 30paying passengers. In the event that group size is less, you will be given an option of travelling another departure date.
• Booking Deposit Fees: Rs.75000.00 per person
• Cancellation Policy- 30days & above- Full refund, 29-15 days- 50% Refund , 14-0 days- 0% Refund
• Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
• Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standard.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
• Visa Fees is not refundable at any circumstance.
• Applicants should go for the personal interview at US consulate at their own cost.
• Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice, payment terms & conditions.
• Applicable Government of India GST charges.

VISA PROCESSING:

Visa Processing Requires 15 working days, how ever since this is a group departure we would require all documents one month prior to departure.

Documents Required

• Valid Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months
• 3 Photographs ( As per the specification from consulate ) (35x45mm, White Background, Up to Neck)
• Last 3 yrs Income tax certificates
• Last 6 months bank statement with sufficient balance
• Fixed Deposit if any
• Company leave letter, if Employed
• Salary Slips if employed
• Request letter for the visa.
• NOC from parents if kids participates the tour with their parents.
• NOC from husband with passport copy if wife travel along.
