The above cost is based on minimum 45 pax travelling together. Surcharges may apply for less no. of pax.
The tour will be operated subject to min. 45 paying passengers. In the event that group size is less, you will be given an option of travelling another departure date.
Booking Deposit Fees: Rs.75000.00 per person
Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standard.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.

Applicants should go for the personal interview at the respective Embassy or consulate at their own cost, if they are called for the personal appearance.
Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice, payment terms & conditions.

Cancellation Policy

45- 22 days prior to commencement of services: 20% of the total price.
21- 15 days prior to commencement of service: 50 % of the total tour price.
14 – On departure day and later: 100% of total tour price.

Visa Processing Requires 15 working days, how ever since this is a gro up departure we would require all documents one month prior to departure.

Day 1Welcome to London!!! Visit the Swaminarayan Temple.

Assemble at Cochin International Airport at 0100hrs and depart on EY281 to Abudhabi at 0425 and reach there at 0705, then connect EY19 at 0835hrs to London and reach there at 1305hrs, and enter the world of La Provvidenza Holidays as you begin your beautiful journey of Europe. On arrival at the airport meet your professional and experienced Tour Manager in the arrival area situated outside the customs hall. Drive directly to your hotel and check in. Later, visit the intricately designed and glorious temple made of white Italian Carrara marble – The Swaminarayan Temple. Tonight, enjoy an Indian dinner. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2Guided City Tour of London. Visit Madam Tussauds Wax Museum.

After a buffet breakfast, check out and get set to soak in the sights and sounds of this vibrant English city on a guided tour with an experienced local guide. See the Changing of the Guards outside the Buckingham Palace (weather permitting), the Hyde Park, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge and many more important landmarks. After lunch, meet wax replicas of the world’s most famous personalities in the Madam Tussauds Wax Museum. Enjoy time at leisure on the world famous Oxford Street. Later, Enjoy a Showboat Dinner cruise on the River Thames, Overnight stay in London.

Day 3After the breakfast, check out the hotel and proceed for London tour

Ferry to the Netherlands: such as British Museum, Visit sea life aquarium London, Lunch Later, drive to Harwich and board your overnight cruise to the Netherlands. After dinner you can enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment on board. Overnight on board the Stena Lines Cruise in inside cabin.

Day 4Onto the Netherlands - visit Keukenhof (till 19th May). Visit Madurodam (after 19th May). Visit a Wooden Shoe Factory & Cheese Farm. Photostop at a traditional windmill. Tour of Brussels.

After a buffet breakfast on board, disembark and proceed to Amsterdam. Drive to Lisse to experience the ultimate Tulip Extravaganza - Keukenhof (till 19th May). 20th May onwards, visit Madurodam, Holland in miniature where you see all of Holland’s important sights built on a 1:25 scale. After lunch, visit a wooden shoe factory and see how clogs, which are unique to the Dutch, are made. Also, see the making of the famous Dutch cheese on your visit to a cheese farm. Last but not the least photograph yourself with the most popular symbol of this country – a Traditional Windmill. Next, depart for Brussels. Overnight at hotel Thon On arrival, proceed on an orientation tour of Brussels. Visit the Grand Place - one of the prettiest squares in the world. See the unique Statue of Mannekin Pis - symbolic to this city. Later, make a photostop at the Atomium - symbol of Brussels. Tonight, enjoy an Indian dinner.

Day 5Onto Paris

Onto Paris - the Cultural and Fashion Capital. Visit the 2 nd level of the Eiffel Tower. Guided city tour of Paris. Visit the Fragonard Museum. Chance to see the Lido Show. After a buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to the French Capital - Paris, a city seeped in history, art and fashion. On arrival, enjoy a sumptuous lunch. Later, visit the 2 nd level of the Eiffel Tower - an unparalleled experience. Next, proceed on a guided city tour with an experienced local English speaking guide. Enjoy many sights like the Arc De Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Champs Elysees, Invalides and many more landmarks. Day 7Onto Switzerland, for an exotic experience

After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive from Paris as you enjoy a scenic drive into Switzerland. Drive past picturesque towns of the famous country known for its amazing beauty and also a tourist’s paradise. Enroute, enjoy lunch. Feel the whiff of freshness as you drive in to Central Switzerland to experience the ambience of the surrounding Alps. Tonight, enjoy an Indian dinner. Overnight at hotel

Day 8Mt Titlis - A landscape close to heaven. Lucerne – Orientation Tour

After a buffet breakfast, proceed for an excursion that will surely leave you spellbound. Enjoy stunning views from the world’s first revolving cable car - Rotair on your way up to Mt. Titlis (3020 mts.). Here, visit the Ice Grotto and indulge yourself in the world of snow on the snow terrace. After lunch, drive to the beautiful lakeside town of Lucerne. See the dramatic Lion Monument and the Kapell Brucke as you soak in the beauty of this city. Day 9Onto Milan & Pisa - See the Leaning Tower of Pisa

After a buffet breakfast, check out and drive to the city of Milan and see the Duomo Cathedral, the largest Basilica in Italy and then proceed to Pisa. Enrout, enjoy lunch. Hold your breath as you enter the “Square of Miracles” and see the precariously Leaning Tower of Pisa (photo stop). Dinner and Overnight in Pisa.

Day 10Onto Rome - the Eternal city. A guided city tour of Rome. Visit St. Peter’s Basilica – The Vatican.

After a buffet breakfast, drive to Rome – the Eternal City. On arrival, see the majestic Trevi Fountain, a fountain of grandeur and wishes. After lunch, join an experienced English speaking local guide for a tour of Rome. Start your tour by visiting the St. Peter’s Basilica with Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel and be amazed by its artistic and architectural genius. Day 11Papal Audience,

After the breakfast, check out the hotel and proceed to Airport to catch EY at 1200hrs to Abudhabi and reach there at 1955, then connect EY272 at 2135 and reach in Cochin on 18th May at 0330hrs.
